As Albert Einstein so famously quipped, “Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and and expecting different results.”
George Costanza, the quirky, angst-ridden character from the T.V. series, “Seinfield,” decided to throw caution to the wind and make the exact opposite choice of what he usually made when it came to life decisions. The results are hilarious.
So, I myself have decided to do some things differently.
I encourage you to do something different. How has your new year been going? Have you been trying new things or have you, as Einstein said, been doing the same things you’ve always done but yet expected different results?
I challenge you today to take one area of your life and do something different. For me, I need to change my eating habits. So from now on, instead of eating dinner from a large dinner plate, I am going to use the smaller sandwich plate instead. That will force me to eat smaller and healthier portions instead of a “super-size” serving.
So figure out how you can do something different. And then do it. Let me know how it goes!
