My A-list copywriting pal Aimee posted something very intriguing on her Facebook page.
It was a video talking about SuperBrain Yoga.
I watched the video and was amazed to learn about this fascinating brain training exercise.
It’s being used by doctors and teachers to help patients and students improve their mental function.
This particular exercise is said to improve grades and increase mental focus, even among those with mental disabilities.
SuperBrain Yoga is basically a form of acupressure and a simple breathing technique.
It balances both hemispheres of the brain and brings energy into it.
The exercise is easy to learn, takes only a few minutes to do and can be done by almost anyone, anywhere.
To be honest, I think just taking the time to breathe in and out slowly and intentionally is a great way to become focused.
You don’t necessarily have to drink “Bulletproof Coffee” (coffee with butter added), in order to achieve a sharp mind. But hey… whatever works for you. It’s all good.
If you’re trying to build a business or really, succeed in anything in life – it’s easy to become overwhelmed.
You’re trying to keep up with the latest marketing techniques, reading articles all the time, watching videos, reading books, attending conferences and seminars…
You’re busy!
So remember to take some time to breathe.
Find your focus. And accept that you can’t do everything on your own.
A great example of this is with your own marketing.
You’re reading this article (which pleases me to no end), so you’re getting a little nudge in the right direction.
But there’s more if you want it. It just depends on how fast you want to reach your goals.
Massive achievement requires massive action.
Want your website to become a lead generation machine?
And more importantly, attract the right kind of leads that can produce silver and gold?
Well, don’t hold your breath.
