[themecolor]I just wrote my first Medium post.[/themecolor] It was in response to Gary Vaynerchuk’s challenge to write a Medium post about something I rarely talk about.

So I took the opportunity to respond to something he said about technology not really changing human interaction.

I disagree.

We live in a world where time is a commodity. People are constantly in search of apps, procedures, and tools that will make them more productive with their time. In the midst of that endless pursuit, relationships often get the short end of the stick.

I just wrote a “3 minute read” post on Medium about it, so check it out. Leave comments. I realize I may be the lone wolf on this one but it will still be interesting to read what others have to say.

Meanwhile, I’ll be spending time today with my stepson and his girlfriend, who I rarely get to see.

And I’ll be hiding my iPhone from myself.
